SMS Messaging Consent
Forever Stories provides an in-app feature that allows registered users to invite family members and friends to view their stories via SMS text message. By using this feature, the following terms apply:
How SMS Consent Works
Opt-In Process: SMS messages are only sent when a registered Forever Stories user explicitly initiates an invitation through our mobile app. The process works as follows:
- A registered user navigates to the "Invite Family" section of the app
- The user enters the phone number of the person they wish to invite
- The user taps the "Send Invite" button to confirm they want to send the SMS
- A single invitation SMS is sent to the provided phone number
Message Content
Invitation SMS messages include:
- The name of the person who invited them
- An invitation code to join Forever Stories
- A link to download the app
- Instructions on how to opt out (reply STOP)
- Notice that message and data rates may apply
Example message:
"John Smith has invited you to Forever Stories! Your invite code: ABC12345. Download the app and enter this code to view their stories. Expires in 30 days. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply."
Message Frequency
Recipients will receive one (1) SMS message per invitation. There are no recurring messages, subscription texts, or follow-up messages sent automatically.
Opt-Out
Recipients can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message received from Forever Stories
- Contacting us at support@foreverstories.co
Once opted out, the recipient will not receive any further SMS messages from Forever Stories.

Recipients can reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@foreverstories.co.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Forever Stories does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.
Privacy
Phone numbers provided for invitations are used solely for the purpose of sending the invitation SMS. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers for any other purpose. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
