The Service, including its design, features, functionality, software, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by Forever Stories and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Forever Stories, our logo, and related marks are trademarks owned by Forever Stories. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Forever Stories. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
